On Friday, May 27, The Elixir Media Group welcomes the amazing soul sensation of Vancouver, David Morin, the Harlem jazz-fusion/soul virtuosos of Freelance, and Brooklyn-based, funk/soul trio The Visions for a special Memorial Day Weekend edition of Uptown Soul Lounge at Gin Fizz Harlem.
Serving as Harlem's exciting new platform for the best emerging talent in soul music, 'Uptown Soul Lounge' is a monthly music showcase happening the last Friday of every month. With the live soulful vibes from carefully curated talent, set to the intimate, speakeasy setting of Harlem's "best-kept secret," 'Uptown Soul Lounge' is, at once, the revival of Harlem's old jazz/soul ethos and the birth of a new musical frontier.
Hosted by special guest host GY312, doors for the show on Friday, May 27th will open at 8PM and the show will begin promptly at 8:30PM. RSVP here for $5 admission.
